Irene P. Zucker, TCAM

Ms. Irene P. Zucker, is Principal of IN Mediation Services and a Texas Credentialed Advanced Mediator (TCAM), with 15+ years of Mediator experience in Family cases, Foreclosures, EEO (Govt.) issues, and B2B cases. In her capacity as a bilingual, experienced Mediator, she has helped hundreds of people resolve their differences in both English and Spanish. An avid supporter of using Mediation as an alternative to resolve differences, she is a past Diversity Chair for the ACR-Dallas. She was appointed by the Dallas Commissioner's Court to the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center Advisory Board and currently serves as Vice Chair.

In recognition of her contributions, Ms. Zucker was nominated Dallas County Mediator of the Year for meritorious service. She has been recognized for her Distinguished Mediator Services and personal contributions to Dallas County, and received U. S. Congressional Recognition for Outstanding Service to the Community.

Ms. Zucker is also Principal of VerbaCom® Executive Development, Executive consultant, trainer, and a personal coach to Sr. executives and entrepreneurs for 20 years. She brings her extensive business experience in the Public/Private Sectors (civil & family) within various industries (Construction, Medical, Food Service, Academia, and Defense). Ms. Zucker authored "Keys to Negotiating-A Collaborative Approach", (based on Harvard's Program on Negotiation research) and has trained thousands at local and national conferences. Other courses she's authored and facilitated include "Perceptions: The Key to Getting Along in the Workplace", and "Big Negotiations Skills for Small Businesses". VerbaCom® was a recipient of Minority Business of the Year.

Ms. Zucker earned a B.A. Degree in Economics/Finance from the University of Texas with graduate studies in Organizational Management and ADR. She has her Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) ™ Certification and Sustainability Leadership Program Certification (University of North Texas). She believes that by understanding one another's differences, by practicing the art of communication and through mutual respect, we can significantly increase our chances of successfully working together toward common goals for the benefit of all.
